HUMANITY AT THE CENTER OF WORK
ABOUT KAKANDE
The world is at crossroads, we have seen the cost and impact of inequity. We have witnessed the toll of inefficient systems on people and our planet. We have to reverse this trend. We have to put humanity back at the center of work. We need leaders and organizations that value people and put “doing good” at the core of their missions and processes.
In short, we believe that it is possible to be “human” while tackling big goals. This is why, Kakande was created. Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Aissata M.B. Camara, started our company to support organizations and people in understanding the opportunities and challenges of the 21st century while strategically planning for the future. Kakande is a symbol for going back to our roots.
We are a global consulting company that strives to build a better world by strengthening governments, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to achieve breakthrough results in addressing the world’s pressing challenges and opportunities.
Our team has more than a decade of experience working in government, nonprofit, and business. Our services include strategy development and implementation, growth and scaling, organizational operations and effectiveness, branding and communications, professional development, and system change.
Let’s work together to change “business as usual” and create an inclusive and sustainable future.
